Our commitment to your privacy. We handle personal information transparently and securely, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This policy was last updated on 1 July 2026.
1. Who we are
Senly is the brand of Uinspo Pty Ltd (ABN 47 664 833 872, ACN 664 833 872), an Australian company based in Melbourne, Victoria, operating under the registered business name SenlyAI. In this policy, “Senly”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Uinspo Pty Ltd, trading as SenlyAI.
Senly is the parent brand for a family of software products. Each product carries its own privacy policy, because each product handles its own data flows. This policy applies only to senly.ai — the parent-brand website.
For Senly AML, see aml.senly.ai/privacy. Future products will publish their own policies at their own apex.
2. What information we collect on senly.ai
senly.ai is a brochure website. It has no signup, no contact form and no payment processing. The information we hold about you when you visit is narrow and deliberately limited:
- Anonymised website measurement. Our hosting provider runs a cookieless service that counts page views and measures how quickly pages load for real visitors. It does not set cookies. It does not send any information that identifies you. It does not build a profile of you across sites.
- Transient request data. Each request your browser makes carries your IP address and the page you asked for. Our hosting provider records these briefly to keep the site secure and diagnose problems. This information is not joined to anything else we hold and is not used to identify you personally.
- Email you send us. If you write to support@senly.ai, your message stays in our inbox for as long as it has a legitimate business use, then is deleted.
We do not set cookies on senly.ai. We do not run advertising, retargeting, social-media tracking or behavioural analytics of any kind. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone, ever.
3. How we use this information
- To understand which parts of senly.ai are useful and which are not, in aggregate, without identifying individuals.
- To respond to your email if you write to us.
- To meet our legal obligations.
4. Who handles this information for us
Two third-party providers help us run senly.ai. We disclose them by category rather than by company name, so this section stays accurate if we change provider.
- A hosting provider serves the website from globally distributed edge servers, runs the cookieless measurement described in section 2, and records the transient request data described in section 2.
- An email provider delivers and receives messages to and from support@senly.ai.
We do not engage any advertising, retargeting, profiling or identity-verification provider for the senly.ai website. Product sites (such as Senly AML at aml.senly.ai) list their own providers in their own privacy policies.
5. Where this information is held
senly.ai is served from globally distributed edge servers, so a visitor in Australia is normally answered by an edge server in Australia. The cookieless measurement data described in section 2 is aggregated and held by our hosting provider in the United States. By using senly.ai you consent to this limited disclosure for the purpose of running the website. We have taken reasonable steps to ensure the provider handles this data in a manner consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles (APP 8).
6. How long we keep information
Anonymised page-view and performance data is retained by our hosting provider per its own data-retention policy and is not joined back to any identifying information. Email threads are retained for as long as they have a legitimate business use, and are deleted on request.
7. Your rights
Under the Privacy Act you have a number of rights over your personal information.
- You can ask what personal information we hold about you.
- You can ask us to correct information that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
- You can ask us to delete your information, subject to any legal record-keeping obligations.
To exercise any of these rights, please email support@senly.ai. We aim to respond within 30 days.
8. What happens if there is a data breach
We are subject to the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme. If an eligible data breach occurs, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) as soon as practicable after we become aware of it.
9. How to complain
If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, please email support@senly.ai first so we can address it directly. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or call 1300 363 992.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the law requires or as senly.ai changes. We will update the “last updated” date at the top of the page when we do.
11. How to contact us
For any privacy enquiry, write to support@senly.ai. We aim to respond within 30 days.
